INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The administrator of your personal data is Form Contractor Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 6 Wadowicka St., loc. 88, 30-415 Krakow (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).
2. In all matters related to personal data protection, you can contact us as follows:
– via e-mail: rodo.krakow@formcontractor.pl, writing “Form Contractor Sp. z o.o. personal data” in the subject line of the message;
– by mail: Form Contractor Sp. z o.o., 6 Wadowicka St., loc. 88, 30-415 Krakow, marked “IODO”.
In particular, you may contact in the above manner in order to exercise your rights referred to in Section 7 and 8.
3. Your personal data will be processed (including sharing) for:
– realization of the investment and construction process, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
– possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
4. Your personal data will be processed:
– in the scope of implementation of the investment and construction process – until the completion of this process;
– in terms of establishing, investigating or defending against claims – for the period of limitation of such claims provided by law.
5. Recipients of your personal data may be:
– employees and associates of the Administrator,
– entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular IT services, services related to the implementation of the investment and construction process, to whom the Administrator will entrust the processing of personal data,
– other persons participating in a deliberation or other meeting related to the implementation of the investment and construction process, as well as participants in the construction process to whom personal data will be made available;
6. your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area.
7. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, as well as restriction of its processing.
8. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
10. providing personal data is voluntary. The consequence of failure to provide this data will be the inability to document your participation in a meeting or other meeting related to the implementation of the investment and construction process.
11. the Administrator shall not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that would produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.
