PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We always adjust the preparation of the investment for implementation individually to the needs of the Client. As the General Contractor of the investment, we provide investors with support in obtaining the necessary formal documents to allow implementation of the investment. We also guarantee efficient adaptation of the investment site for implementation by performing the necessary demolition or liquidation of redundant or relocation of existing infrastructure elements. We provide the development of project documentation necessary for the execution of the contract
PREPARATION INVESTMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION

During the implementation process of the investment, we provide personnel with the appropriate licenses and qualifications, as well as resources, equipment and legal services to guarantee professional execution of the subject of the contract. Thanks to many years of activity in the market, we have a base of proven and experienced subcontracting companies, suppliers of materials and services, ensuring proper and timely completion of the subject of the contract. Thanks to our stable financial position, we guarantee timely payment of receivables to subcontractors, without exposing the Ordering Party to liability under the Civil Code.

REALIZATION OF INVESTMENTS
As part of our contact, we guarantee full support in completing formal and legal procedures for obtaining permission to use the facility. As required by the Investors, we also offer full support in conducting training courses and demonstrations of installed systems and devices for the facility’s managers and maintainers. Together with the handover of the facility we provide the Client with as-built documentation prepared in accordance with the highest standards adopted by Form Contractor.
