INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- The controller of your personal data is Form Contractor Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Wadowicka 6, unit 88, 30-415 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
- In all matters related to the protection of personal data, you may contact us as follows:

In particular, you may contact us in the above manner in order to exercise your rights referred to in points 7 and 8.
- Your personal data will be processed (including disclosure) for the purpose of:
- carrying out the investment and construction process, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- possible establishment, pursuit, or defense of claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Your personal data will be processed:
- for the purposes of carrying out the investment and construction process – until the completion of this process;
- for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims – for the period of limitation of such claims provided for by applicable law.
- The recipients of your personal data may include:
- employees and associates of the Controller,
- entities providing services to the Controller, in particular IT services and services related to the execution of the investment and construction process, to whom the Controller has entrusted the processing of personal data,
- other persons participating in meetings or other gatherings related to the execution of the investment and construction process, as well as participants in the construction process to whom personal data will be disclosed;
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, as well as restriction of their processing.
You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
- Providing personal data is voluntary. The consequence of failing to provide such data will be the inability to document your participation in a meeting or other gathering related to the execution of the investment and construction process.
- The Controller will not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
