Form Contractor specializes in general contracting of office buildings. As part of the implementation of investments, we coordinate and supervise specialized geotechnical works, earthworks, building shell, roofs and building coverings, elevations, plumbing, central heating, ventilation and electrical installation works. In addition, we are involved in the implementation of building automation in a wide range, as well as finishing works in developer standard according to the individual tenant’s arrangement.
We have many years of experience in the implementation of residential projects. We plan each construction site individually and tailored to the needs, capabilities and requirements of the Investors. When organizing construction sites, we minimize the impact of ongoing work on the surroundings, and if necessary, we also maintain existing stands of trees. An integral part of the construction of residential projects is also the implementation of works related to the development of the land, including planting of greenery, installation of landscaping elements or playgrounds. In addition, all materials and elements of apartment finishing offered within the packages can be viewed in our showroom.
